Healthy Eating: Black Bean Dip

Black Bean Dip

 

1 Can rinsed and drained black beans

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp coriander

Juice of 1 small lemon

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

 

Add all ingredients to high speed blender, add water for desired thinness.
